SPOC Terms of Use
By installing or using SPOC you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using SPOC
SPOC is for saving and organising content for your own personal use. You're responsible for what you save and for following the rules of the sites and apps you save from. Saving a post in SPOC doesn't give you any rights to it — it still belongs to whoever made it.
Your content
What you save stays yours and stays on your device (see the privacy policy). You're responsible for keeping backups; SPOC offers Google Drive and file backups to help.
Accounts
Signing in is optional and uses your Google account. Keep your Google account secure. You can delete your SPOC account at any time — see Delete your account.
Purchases
If SPOC offers paid features, they're sold through Google Play under Google Play's terms, including its refund policy.
No warranty
SPOC is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that every link will keep working — sites change or remove their content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AnjinSama Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from using SPOC.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use SPOC means you accept the updated terms.
